Its purpose is to provide you the ability to view a comprehensive performance rating on carriers that you find through the Internet Truckstop.
Carriers are rated on a letter scale and each rating takes into
consideration; safety performance, longevity, size and other brokers and
shippers performance experiences with that carrier. Each carrier will
have a report that you can access directly through the carrier
performance button found on the left side of our home page. In addition,
with every truck posting or hot prospect listing the carrier's
performance rating will appear next to their company name, just click on
the rating to see the full report.
This is the most comprehensive carrier report on the market and with
the additional rating you will quickly be able to make better decisions
about who you do business with right at the point of decision. You can
also report good and bad performance with our easy to use online
reporting form. And in order to avoid frivolous reporting, each report
is reviewed and each carrier has a chance to respond to every report
submitted. Fast, fair and accurate.
